What is Fantom Flowers

Fantom Flowers is one of the first generative pixel art project on the Fantom Blockchain. The collection was fully developed in Python and after countless days of work compiled in one single run without any human interference. By creating, implementing and combining various different attributes we've created what we see today: 9,999 unique Fantom Flowers ready to be plucked đź’™

Attributes and Rarity

All flowers are beautiful unica but not all 'rare'. Among our collection there are several different traits with individual probabilities that are being displayed throughout the collection. These are as follows:

  • 36 sub-colors (12 color schemes á 3 sub-colors)
  • 3 damage types (None or certain leafs missing)
  • 2 flower types (Fantom Daisy & Chaos Daisy)
  • 2 flower color types (Colorful & Monochromatic)

Due to the variety of traits a rarity score will be implemented to determine the rareness of every single Fantom Flower minted so far. Regardless of their rareness each Fantom Flower is 100% unique and will be forever imprinted on the blockchain as one of the very first generative pixel art projects on Fantom.

Collector Perks

We're strong believers in enjoying art for what it is: Art. However, we do know that NFTs can add additional value to its collectors. In order to do so we will implement:

Early supporter perks

We highly value our early project supporters. Feedback, ideas and their belief in us were only a few things we were lucky enough to receive from a small group of people. Without early believers Fantom Flowers, and many other NFT projects, wouldn't be where they are today. UPDATE Nov 6th 2021: As a community we've decided to stop the minting and burn the leftover supply of our initial 9,999 Fantom Flowers leaving only 936 unique Fantom Flowers to be held by our earliest supporters.

Future collaboration and giveaways

As we grow as a community we want to support upcoming projects by giving them much needed attention in their early stages. We’re open to collaborate with upcoming projects and offer them a platform to spread their vision and give away some of their NFTs to Fantom Flower holders and community members.

Indisputable proof of being an early adopter

The FTM NFT ecosystem is still in its early days. Marketplaces are just being perfected as we speak, L1 bridges being built and only a few NFT projects dared to launch on Fantom instead of Ethereum or Solana so far. In a few years every single Fantom Flower will be regarded as a piece of Fantom's early NFT history. We’re happy to be a part of that and are more than excited to see what the future holds in store for all of us 💙

Tier Explanation

Tier 1

All quadrants display the exact same singular monochromatic color scheme, meaning a fully black or white Fantom Flower. With over 36 sub-colors (30 of them being colorful) this is exceptionally rare and therefore on the top of the rarity hierarchy.

Tier 2

The second rarest Fantom Flower design are made up of bicolored monochromatic color schemes. The quadrants consist of both monochromatic color schemes which are aligned symmetrical - either horizontally, vertically or diagonally.

Tier 3

Quadrants are still themed in a bicolored monochromatic color scheme, however there is no symmetrical split across the quadrants. Three quadrants share one color scheme leaving exactly one quadrant left to be filled with the leftover monochromatic color scheme.

Tier 4

These quadrants all share the exact same singular colorful (non-monochromatic) color scheme. With 30 different (non black/white) sub-colors these are on the top of the rarity hierachy for colorful Fantom Flowers.

Tier 5

Quadrants consist of two distinct colorful (non-monochromatic) color schemes. Similar to tier two both colors will form an overall symmetric pattern across the quadrants either horizontally, vertically or diagonally.

Tier 6

Quadrants consist of two distinct colorful (non-monochromatic) color schemes. Three quadrants will share a single color scheme while leaving the fourth open for a random color scheme to take its place.

Tier 7

The last and most common tier consists of all four quadrants being filled with four distinct colorful (non-monochromatic) color schemes, meaning every single quadrant will have it’s own isolated color scheme.

Damage Explanation

None

The first version of the damage attribute is no damage at all. These flowers are still healthy and freshly grown, displaying no signs of decay or aging whatsoever.

Type 1 & Type 2

The other two damage types show first little signs of decay. It’s nothing serious, a simple sign of being around for quite some time and a reminder that imperfections can be just as aesthetic as its “perfect” counterparty :)
